1. النطاق والموافقة

تخص هذه الشروط تطبيق Maamori Share لنقل الملفات بين الأجهزة. في الإصدارات التي تعرض شاشة الموافقة، لا تُفعّل مشاركة الملفات واكتشاف الجهاز حتى يراجع المستخدم تنبيه السلامة ويوافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق يمكنك استخدام أجزاء غير مرتبطة بالمشاركة حيثما كانت متاحة، لكن لن تبدأ مشاركة جديدة.

2. العمر والجمهور

التطبيق موجه حالياً إلى المستخدمين بعمر 13 سنة فأكثر. لا ندّعي أن مجرد القدرة التقنية على تشغيل التطبيق تجعل الخدمة موجهة للأطفال الأصغر. على ولي الأمر الإشراف على استخدام القاصر بما يتوافق مع القانون المحلي وإعدادات الجهاز.

3. طبيعة الخدمة

Build111 وBuild125 يقدمان نقلاً محلياً مباشراً على الشبكة نفسها أو نقطة اتصال متوافقة. لا توجد في هذين الإصدارين حسابات سحابية إلزامية أو نشر عام للملفات أو نقل Anywhere بين شبكات مختلفة. يمكن تبادل ملاحظات نصية محلية بين الأجهزة، وهي تخضع للقواعد نفسها الواردة هنا.

4. الاستخدام المسموح

استخدم التطبيق لنقل ملفاتك أو الملفات التي لديك حق مشروع في مشاركتها، وللتواصل مع أجهزة ومستخدمين تعرفهم أو وافقوا على الاستلام. تحقق من اسم الجهاز ورمز/بصمة التحقق قبل الوثوق به، وخاصة على شبكات Wi‑Fi العامة.

5. الاستخدام المحظور

يُمنع استخدام Maamori Share لإرسال أو التهديد بإرسال:

• مواد غير قانونية أو تستغل الأطفال أو تعرضهم للخطر.
• محتوى للتحرش أو الابتزاز أو التهديد أو المضايقة أو انتحال الهوية بقصد الإضرار.
• برمجيات ضارة أو ملفات مصممة لاختراق الأجهزة أو سرقة البيانات أو تعطيلها.
• محتوى ينتهك حقوق الملكية أو الخصوصية أو حقوق الآخرين بصورة غير مشروعة.
• طلبات متكررة أو آلية بقصد الإغراق أو تعطيل أجهزة المستخدمين أو خدمات البلاغ.

6. الموافقة على الاستلام

المستلم يملك حق قبول أو رفض طلب النقل. لا تمنح الثقة بجهاز حقاً دائماً في فرض الاستلام، ويظل الاستقبال التلقائي معطلاً في النسخة الحالية. لا تحاول التحايل على رفض المستلم أو قيود الحظر.

7. الحظر

يمكن للمستخدم حظر هوية جهاز محلية. يعتمد الحظر على معرف الجهاز وبصمة شهادة TLS وليس الاسم الظاهر وحده. الحظر محلي وليس حظراً عالمياً لشخص؛ إعادة تثبيت التطبيق على الطرف الآخر قد تنشئ هوية مختلفة، ولهذا لا نقدم وعداً بمنع شخص عبر كل أجهزته بدون نظام حسابات موثق.

8. الإبلاغ عن إساءة

يمكن إرسال بلاغ من التطبيق عند توفر الميزة. لا يرفع Maamori Share الملف أو الصورة تلقائياً مع البلاغ. قد نستخدم معلومات تقنية محدودة ومجزأة لمنع الإغراق ومراجعة البلاغ. البلاغ الكاذب المتعمد أو استخدام نظام البلاغ للإزعاج أو الإغراق غير مسموح.

9. الملفات التنفيذية والمخاطر

قد يسمح التطبيق بنقل أنواع ملفات متعددة، ومنها APK أو EXE. استلام الملف لا يعني أنه آمن. لا يقوم التطبيق بتشغيل أو تثبيت الملفات التنفيذية تلقائياً، ويجب على المستخدم التحقق من المصدر قبل فتحها. فحوص SHA-256 أو نوع الملف أو Magic Bytes هي وسائل حماية تقنية وليست بديلاً عن الحذر أو برنامج مكافحة البرمجيات الضارة.

10. الخصوصية والبيانات

توضح سياسة خصوصية Maamori Share البيانات المحلية والتقنية التي قد يعالجها التطبيق، وخيارات Analytics والحذف والبلاغات. لا يعني استخدام النقل المحلي الموافقة على جمع بيانات اختيارية غير لازمة. يمكن إدارة الخيارات الاختيارية من إعدادات التطبيق عندما تكون متاحة.

11. الدعم والبلاغات

للدعم أو المسائل المتعلقة بالخصوصية والبلاغات تواصل عبر maamorishare.support@gmail.com أو صفحة التواصل الرسمية. لا ترسل مفاتيح توقيع أو كلمات مرور أو رموز OTP إلى الدعم.

12. التحديثات

قد تتغير المزايا والسياسات. إذا تغيرت هذه الشروط تغييراً جوهرياً، سيُرفع رقم/تاريخ إصدار الشروط وقد يطلب التطبيق موافقة جديدة قبل تفعيل المشاركة. ميزات مستقبلية مثل Anywhere أو الحسابات أو Premium لا تُعد جزءاً من Build111/Build125 ما لم تُطلق فعلياً.

Maamori Share — Terms of Use (English)

1. Scope and consent

These terms apply to the Maamori Share file-transfer app. In versions that present the consent screen, sharing and device advertising remain disabled until the user reviews the safety notice and accepts these terms.

2. Age and audience

The app currently targets users aged 13 and over. Technical ability to run the app does not make it a service directed at younger children. Parents or guardians should supervise minors as required by local law and device settings.

3. Service model

Build111 and Build125 provide direct local transfer on the same network or compatible hotspot. These builds do not provide mandatory cloud accounts, public file posting, or Anywhere transfer between different networks. Local text notes may also be exchanged and are subject to these rules.

4. Permitted use

Use the app to transfer files you own or are authorized to share and to interact with devices/users who consent to receive them. Verify device identity before trusting a peer, especially on public Wi-Fi.

5. Prohibited use

• Illegal content or material that exploits or endangers children.
• Harassment, extortion, threats, harmful impersonation, or abusive targeting.
• Malware or files intended to compromise, steal from, or disrupt devices.
• Unlawful infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Automated or repeated requests intended to flood users or the reporting service.

6. Receiving consent

The receiver may accept or reject each transfer request. A trusted-device status does not create a right to force delivery. Automatic acceptance remains disabled in the current release.

7. Blocking

Users can block a local device identity using the device ID and TLS certificate fingerprint rather than display name alone. This is a local-device block, not a global person ban; reinstalling the other app may create a different identity.

8. Abuse reports

Where available, users may report abuse from the app. The app does not automatically upload the reported file or an image of it. Minimal hashed technical information may be used for anti-abuse controls and review. Deliberate false reporting or flooding the reporting system is prohibited.

9. Executable files

The app may transfer multiple file types, including APK or EXE. Receipt does not prove a file is safe. Maamori Share does not automatically execute or install such files. Integrity and file-type checks are technical protections, not a substitute for user caution or malware protection.

10. Privacy

The Maamori Share Privacy Policy explains local data, technical analytics, deletion controls, and abuse-report processing. Using local transfer does not require consenting to optional analytics that are not necessary for the transfer function.

11. Support

For support, privacy, or report-related questions, contact maamorishare.support@gmail.com or the official contact page. Never send signing keys, passwords, or OTP codes to support.

12. Changes

Material changes to these terms will update the terms version/date and may require renewed consent before sharing is enabled. Future Anywhere, account, or Premium functionality is not part of Build111/Build125 unless actually released.
